As still nobody can clearly say when football matches will be possible again due to COVID19 pandemic (and if those will be played in an empty stadium maybe) we will keep you updated on the current developments around this topic. Current estimate of the next UFWC title match: Netherlands vs. Poland on 4th September 2020. The intention of this article is to provide updates on the developments around international matches within UEFA's responsibility - as the current UFWC champion Netherlands depends on such decisions directly. Intention is to keep this text updated whenever any new information is available - newest updates are on top:

19th April 2020

From today's point of view the next possible UFWC match will be Netherlands versus Poland scheduled for 4th September 2020 as Matchday 1 of the next round of "UEFA Nations League". Netherlands was drawn into League 1 Group A with Italy, Poland and Bosnia-Herzegovina. In addition the following Matchdays are currently scheduled as well:

7th September 2020 (Matchday 2)

- Bosnia-Herzegovina vs Poland / Netherlands vs Italy

8th October 2020 (Matchday 3)

- Bosnia-Herzegovina vs Netherlands / Poland vs Italy

11th October 2020 (Matchday 4

The dutch Football Association KNVB informs that the 2 planned friendlies intentionally scheduled as preparation for already postponed UEFA2020 have been cancelled as well. It was originally planned to play Greece on 28th May 2020 in Enschede and Wales on 6th June 2020 in Rotterdam. UEFA officially "postpones" all international matches planned for March 2020 due to the spread of COVID19. This means that the next UFWC match Netherlands versus USA originally planned for 26th March 2020 in Eindhoven is cancelled directly.
